Unfortunately not for me

Homedics HMP-MP Micropedic Therapy Pillow with Micropedic Beads, CoolCore Premium Memory Foam and Washable 100% Brushed Cotton Pillowcase, 25″ x 19″ x 5″ I thought I had solved my restless nights when a friend commended this pillow. Unfortunately after attempting it for a week, I found it too hard and “ungiving” no matter which side I tried. It now resides in my closet with my collection of “pillows I have tried and given up on”.

Great for arthritic neck

I purchased this pillow on momentum from another store regarding a year ago as I was suffering from neck pain due to arthritis and not one thing was helping, even aimed exercise and a chiropractor. I had tried using a memory foam neck pillow previously, but the contours did not fit my neck and just made my neck stiffer and more uncomfortable. This pillow proved to be a real winner right from the start. With the right support, my neck stopped hurting all the time and I am sleeping better. The foam beads may be arranged to perfectly fit your neck and head and give you just the right amount of support. The pillow has lasted well over the year I have had it. I am buying another as backup in case they become hard to find.

my mom got one at Bed Bath & Beyond and loved it. got this one for my dad, but it is much harder than my mothers. He does not like it at all!
